Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy Printify only accepts returns/reprints for defective or incorrect items. Key points to include:
- No returns for buyer's remorse or size issues (print-on-demand items are made to order)
- Claims for defective/wrong items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Customer must provide a photo of the issue
- Refunds or replacements are offered — no return shipping required for defects
- No cancellations after the order goes into production
